Where can we watch the event?
We will be streaming the draw LIVE from the Jim's Group National office on our Facebook page. Be sure to follow us and have your notifications on to be notified when we start the stream!
Do I need to be watching the live or answer my phone to win?
As with our previous event, we will contact the winner as soon as possible using the registration details provided. The winner will be drawn at random. If they cannot be reached during the live feed, we will follow up and try again later. In accordance with our permits, a redraw will only occur if the prize remains unclaimed for three months.
How do we receive the Bathroom?
We'll personally contact the winner with a live call to share the exciting news! Then, we'll visit their home to take measurements and design their new space. Once everything is set, we'll deliver a stunning, high-quality bathroom renovation for them to enjoy for years to come!
